Claude 94dfd4df5b Center the platinum glyph in every site motif ...

The outline step rounded the glyph group's scale (0.29 -> 0.2), shrinking
it and pushing it off center. Motifs are regenerated with full-precision
transforms and the glyph centered on its circle by ink center (brand rule).
