A sun and moon button at the end of the nav (and the Store's nav) swaps
the mode and remembers the choice in the browser. Until it is pressed the
site follows the device setting. A head script sets html[data-theme]
before first paint, so light styles now key off data-theme instead of a
media query, and motifs render both images with CSS showing one.

Dark stays the default. A device set to light gets the picks from the
light motif board: the Dawn chart sky (dawn wash over faint star chart
lines, atlas marks in the hero), deep gold line seals, Midnight, violet and
gold dust, the deep gold to teal filament and the morning sky placeholder.
Large standalone seals (404, Inquiries, Inquiry sent, the blog's lead) are
gold foil in both modes.

The header clipped everything to its own box, so the dropdown was cut off
below the nav line. Only the nebula and banner are clipped now, and the
header stacks above the page content.

Leather is now a stretched hide with gold stitching, the round knife has
its crescent blade, gold bevel and handle, and print shows a nozzle laying
a gold layer onto a layered part.

The monogram drops its square background for a round disc with a gold
outer ring and a gold-to-teal filament ring. The crossed swords now have
pointed blades, short guards and gold pommels; the hammer has a face,
a claw and a tapered handle.

The approved element rules and ornament kit as Astro components in
packages/ui: buttons, pills, chips, filters, kickers, notices, fields and
cards; star paths, the header divider, tick scales and rings, seals and
edge seals, gilt corners, dust and placeholder art; the site header,
footer and page shell. Brand fonts are self-hosted. A gallery page shows
everything, and astro check now runs with the root typecheck.
